Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving the order.
